it’s a little over 3000 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3 car garage, brand new, located in Mooresville on a 0.69 acre lot.

of course our closing is contingent on closing our current house first. we’re aiming to close on our current house on november 8 and then close on the new house immediately afterward the same day.

we have so much to do between now and then!
