bank of america update

my student loan payment did go out yesterday.

i still can’t access bill pay. but it’s a good thing i didn’t go to the student loan website and pay the bill there.

i also got a response to my email. it didn’t acknowledge any problems with the mbna conversion. it basically said that while bofa strives for 24-hour availability, unfortunately interruptions do occur and bill pay should be back up within 24 hours.

how helpful.

i am thinking about switching to wachovia. there’s a wachovia atm on the tiaa-cref campus, so it would be convenient.
